i've got an 85 pickup with the 22r engine and i want to add power steering and convert to fuel injection. does anybody have any suggestions on how to research it, or have you done either one before? i apreciate any help. thanks

The best way to research it is to use the SEARCH button on this and other Toyota 4WD forums.
Basic info:
The easiest way to convert to EFI is to get a 22RE donor truck and swap engines, harness, and ECM.
If you're going to try converting your 22R you'll need the entire intake side from a 22RE, the EFI fuel tank and fuel lines, a EFI harness and ECM.
For PS it's a lot easier: you need the PS pump and brackets, resevoir, hoses, and gearbox.

Look on e-bay, I've seen just recently the whole kit to convert to power steering, it is not a kit but all of the used parts, but a start.
