;D Now that I have your attention.. LOL I bought my truck last week and was under it today greaseing it up. I found some grease NIPPLES but guessing there has to be more. Gut the usual, drive shafts, U joints, one or two on the steering. Is there any for what I'm gonna call the "steering knuckles"? My first 4x4 so first solid axle grease job. My manual is on order but I'd like to get some things done in the mean time. I'd like to do a good job so I came here. Any types you folks have about reg maintance on a 4x4 that I wouldn't know about being from 2wd history would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

There is a grease plug on each knuckle, but they are pretty much useless. Pumping grease in thru those does not put the grease where it needs to be, and if you put too much in it will come out by the wiper seals on the back of the knuckle, which isn't good.
The only proper way to grease them is to romove the locking hub, etc. and grease it manually.
BTW, there is a nipple inside the double Cardan joint on the front axle.
