Well I was out of town this weekend and I came back to find my 85 truck sitting in the driveway in perfect condition EXCEPT someone had stolen my taillights. They had just taken out the screws and unplugged the entire assembly. I am wondering if anyone has ever heard of this being done before and if there is anyway of preventing it in the future short of parking it in the garage. What amazes me is they took the lights but left the unlocked truck with all kinds of electronics and CD's untouched...I don't get it

in another post here someone else had their taillights stolen, I think someone suggested to use some of those screws that take special drivers to use. Like the weird star screws used on some toys and on computers, or something like that. Not my idea so I dont know much about it, but hope it helps.
