so i have and 84 pickup, and i'm looking for a lift for it, i noticed that all pro offroad had the extreme lift kit for that year and Marlin crawler had one similar to that. they are about the same price, has anyone ever bought one of these and is there any real major differance between the two? i dont seem to notice anything huge. does anybody have any prefrence on which one is better? thanks for the help!

ive never dealt with all-pro but have heard a few bad things about their customer service. ive used marlin many times and theyre great to deal with. if its a choice between marlin and anyone else ill gladly choose marlin. as for the lifts, theyre pretty much the same thing.

i looked at trail gear and there stuff looks pretty good, and you get a few extras that allpro or marlin does not offer in there kits. i found a local dealer so i might go with them.

Trail gear is good I just bought my crossover steering from them and there classic 5" rear lift. I had great service and got my stuff when they said it would be here. I have 5" stock length All Pro front springs. And they ride great and are flexible.

Quality wise im not sure there is a much of a difference. Having placed a few orders with each I will have to give Marlin the huge edge in customer service and delivery. They both use UPS but for some reason my parts from Marlin come in about a week(Canada) where as when i have ordered from All Pro it has never been less then three weeks and well over six on parts i ordered back when they were still shipping out backorders later seperately at no additional shipping cost.
I have lots of All Pro parts in my front end, springs, hoops, hanger, flip kit ect and have never had any problems . The performance has far surpassed my expectations. Parts i have bought from Marlin were all brandname so i cant speak to the quality of their in house stuff but his reputation in that department speaks for itself.
