Too many variables to guess without a picture. It could be anywhere from none with a body lift to 6,7,8 inches or more. My 83 has a 5 inch longtravel suspension lift, 2 inch body lift, front axle moved forward, and it clears my 35 1250 SSR's although I will have to do a little fender trimming as it rubs the back of the front fenders at full droop. From what I have researched you WILL have to do some fender trimming and move your front axle forward to have any chance at putting 37's under the truck unless you jack it up beyond any possibility of getting into the wheel wells which would be useless IMHO. I'll go with what Sean said.
