i saw this differential with 5.29 in it on ebay for $80. Is it worth it? And at the same time would i need to buy the rear to match?

Yes, the front and rear need to be geared the same.

$80 is a real good price for a 5.29 geared diff.

A 'reverse rotation' R&P would typically be in a 'high-pinion' diff used in the front (of a Land Cruiser). It will work in the front of a Toyota truck too, but ony in a high pinion diff.
