I have a 94 Toy with 4" suspension and 3" body lift. I was running stock gears with Cooper 35" radials. *Take note boys and girls: 35's + stock 4.10 gearing + 4 banger= New head and gasket!!! * I am having 5.29's put in with the new head and was wondering about the front gearing. May seem like a dumb question but here goes, In the front IFS when installing the 5.29's is shimming required to complete it? I bought the new gears and master install kits which came with shims for the rear but none for the front. They told me The 94 Yota's master rebuild kit didn't come with the front shims because they weren't necessary. Is this true? Any insight on this would be much appreciated. Thanks, Johnny

;D Take it for what it's worth!: I had my front diff. apart to put in the Aussie. I couldn't believe there was only 1 shim per side. No adjusters, no nothing After seeing it, I'd gear the front myself. Later...
