my truck has about 150,000 miles on it and the more miles i get on it the more foam it produces under the oil cap. it is a yellowish oil color. i will clean it out and every time i go to change the oil it is back. what is this, any way to fix it and is is harmful vs. normal? thanks ryan

I had that on my toyota for about a year before the headgasket went out. Slow leak or something.

You're getting water in your oil. Probably from a head gasket, but could also be a crack in the block or head.

Thanks... I guess I should just let it go until it shows itself more. How difficult to change a head gasket?

Yeah condensation in winter forming on the oil cap is completely normal. Chances of it being a small head gasket leak is very unlikely. Pressure test your coolant system when the motor is cold and see if you have a loss.
