Nice, What type of lift you you got on? I can't tell from the pics. What size tire and rim you got on? And do your front tires rub a bit?

Running 20” x 10” rims with Toyo open country MT 35” 20” 12.5”. Having some minor rubbing when the weight shifts and the wheels are turned. Will be working on that next week, probably going to crank the Donahoe Coil over up another inch. Have had an alignment problem, may be due to the Total Chaos upper control arm. Seems to be causing an abnormal angle. May have to machine a new ball joint, seems to be a little off. The Tuff Country lift seemed to work pretty good. So still have not worked out all the bugs yet.

Alignment turned out great, ended up the tech made a small error installing some of the parts. Wheel Rub is not a problem now. I did some slight reshaping of the front plastic. Truck drives nice, great ride. Just got done with Rhino Coating the Bed. Now I am broke, thank God it is finished. My only consolation is that there is hardly any lifted Tundras, (at least around here, maybe a couple 2000, 2001 models) and I have yet to see an 2005, but I am sure they are out there somewhere. Probably not a lot of people stupid enough to spend what I spent, or to cut on a brand new truck

That is one BAD A$$ 2005 Tundra. Nice work. How much lift do you have on your ride?

The Donahoe is suposed to give you up to 2.5 but you dont want to crank it past 2 or you start to put to much stress on the CV joints. The Tuff Country claims to give you almost 5 inchs, but I dont think I got that out of it. So I probably ended up with Probably somewhere between 6 and 7 inchs. With the tires and the lift I came up about 9 inchs over stock.

You know, a couple of months ago I may have taken you up on that trade. I hated this truck with a passion. I have never had such a hard time trying to find parts for a vehicle. There is almost nothing out there for the 2004 and 2005 Tundra. But now I have to admit, some of the commits I get around here where worth the trouble and the time it took. I had one girl (that’s right a girl) say to me “I have never seen a Tundra that big” then she continued to remark on that “it must be the tire that make it look so large”. The 20” rims draw attention also, but are probably useless for any serious off road use.
