I'm going to be putting some 33"'s on my truck. I have a 3" bl. Am I going to have to deal with any sort of back spacing or cutting? I know BFG has a 33x10.5 instead of the norm of a 33x12.5? I will be buying new wheels also, I'm planning on 15x8, that should be wide enough for even the 12.5? After all this I will be asking about gearing also. 1 thing at a time, with thoughts for the future? ;D

You may have a little problem with a rub on the upper shock arm depending on the year. 10.5 tires on 15x8 wheels look great!!! I have Wrangler MT/R 31x10.5 on M/T Classic 2 15x8.

I was running 31x10.5 on the stock rims with no lift, I need/want to go with the 33", my truck is a 95' t100.

you def. should be able to run those tires without any clearance issues, you can run them with a 1" body. As for gearing it depends in what you already have in the axles, and what engine you got. If you got the 3.0 you might want to but certainly not necessary, but if you got the 3.4 I wouldnt waste my time with it.

also I run 33X12.5 on 15X8's many people do. If you run them on 15X10's they will look bigger, the 10's spread the tire out more, but you wont get quite as good gas mpg.

Thanks, I have the 3.4 in this, I thought it would have enough power for the 33" tires, at this point I'm not too concerned about gas milage. I'm more concerned about rub, looks and how well they work off road.
