Tuff country has a cheap lift that puts a spacer on top of the coil over and gives you a block for the back. This levels out your truck and gives you about 2" of lift. I would have bought this for my truck had I know all I would get out of the Donahoe coil overs with the Total chaos control arms was 2". That cost me over $3000 where the lift I am talking about cost around $200

I got the 2.5 Poly Spacer up front and 1 Inch block for the rear.

I would recommend Daystar's 2.5" spacer in the front and 1" block in the rear. This allowed me to run 285/75/R16 tires but with ample backspacing. This seems the most bang for your buck.
