Recently purchased a 2007 Tundra. Everything was working great, until I went through a 1 1/2 puddle of water. After having just over 8000kms on it I had to have it towed to a dealership. At the dealership they diagnosed the problem and said that the motor had to be replaced. Going through the puddle resulted in water getting into the engine. I believe this happened because of the air intake being above the left front side of the wheel well. You would think that being a 4 X 4 truck that this would not happen. Long and short of it, is that TOYOTA would not cover it on WARRANTY and I had to go through insurance to get it fixed. This will probably be my 1st and LAST TOYOTA.

You have to be the only person on this planet with that problem.
