1964 4-door Land Cruiser

My grandmother has a 1964 4-door Land Cruiser that she would like to get rid of but doesn't know what it may be worth or what to ask for a selling price. All I know about it is that it has no trouble starting and runs great. She does have some trouble getting it to shift into gear, so some transmission work may be needed.
