Hi,
Just joined the ranks of Toyota owner. I recently purchased a 87 4runner sr5 turbo from a guy in Oklahoma. It has probably seen better days but there is no rust at all on the body and just a few patches underneath but all very small surface stuff from scratches and such. Mechanically the engine seems fairly sound with 140k miles on it. Only known problem is that the tranny leaks but the truck came with a new tranny from a rollover with 30k on it! I am sure this site will prove to be an awesome resourse for fun, facts, and parts. Thanx!
