Hey now just thought I would say howdy. I bought my 95 4Runner last April with 119,000 on the dial and have been happy with it cept for the 3.slow. (If i commuted on a flat route ok, but I live in the hills and work on the flats.) It's mostly stock save for a new locker and gears.
I bought it with the Eagle rims so thats a plus until I really scratch em up! then it's some cheap rockcrawler rims.

I live up in Placerville,CA so anybody in that area give a shout.
I have gone to the Rubicon ...entrance, but thats it

I have taken it to CA4WD winter fun fest as well as some trails in the area.

This isnt a rockcrawler rig but so far its been excellent to me and am always a mazed at its ability.

Welcome aboard this band of TOY freak. When you say the entrance, are you talking about the Gatekeeper or just over the dam on the big slab of rocks.

IFS isn't a common thing to see in the Rubicon. I have seen a couple lifted ones in there, but none of them doing any real rock crawling. Never seen a stock one in there yet. Although there are some side entrances for the IFS's to enter at. They're mostly used for the broken and wounded rigs to have access to a way out.

BTW I'm in the P-ville area.
