Hello, I am new to the whole thing, as I just bought my first truck, a mint condition stock (aside from tires) 1992 Toyota Pu, extra cab, long box. I am 16 so I don't have much money yet, but I plan on doing a small lift. (Any suggestions on what kind of lift.) I just wanted to introduce myself, as I can see this being a helpful site to learn how to drain money into my truck.

Nice choice on your first rig. As far as lifting your rig you'll first have to decide what you want to use the rig for.Weather it be used for trail duties or just cruisin town or both. Then what type of wheeling rock crawling,muddin,hillclimbs ect. Then decide wether you need SL(suspension lift) or a BL(body lift) or a combination of both to fit the right size tires. Just keep reading the forums and you'll figure it out and when you have a ? just post it in the correct forum and it will get an answer not always fast but it will get answered.Hope you enjoy yourself and have fun. ;D
