Hey, My name's Dan. I drive a 1986 Toyota 4Runner, 22-REC, 5-Spd, V-6 Rearend, K&N Drop in Airfilter, Torsion Bars Tweaked, 34/9.50R15 Tires, Only thing that doesn't work on the truck is the stupid blower motor (It's getting cold up here and it sucks not to have defrost) Yakima Roof Rack, 2 100 Watt lights on top, 2 55 Watt back-up lights, Red with tan interior.

Sounds like a great rig, you'll have to get some pics up...yeah a new blower may be a worthy investment. RockOn Brotha!

WELCOME to TOR! Glad you found us and joined up. I was looking at getting the same size tires 34x9.5r15 but I couldn't decide if the height was too much for that narrow of a tread pattern. What do you think about them?

WELCOME to TOR! Glad you found us and joined up. I was looking at getting the same size tires 34x9.5r15 but I couldn't decide if the height was too much for that narrow of a tread pattern. What do you think about them? I really like them, I like how they don't have hardly any tracking also the skinny tires seem to do really well up here in Washington. There are a couple of things however that I do not like. One being that sometimes it can feel a little unstable because of the width, and the other being that the tread is getting low and I'm going to need new tires. Overall I really like them and would buy them again, but I would not put a skinny tire like that on any rig with a significant lift kit on it.

That's what I was thinking. My rig has just a little too much lift for them. Thanks for the reply.

with a two inch lift you should be fine with a 33 inch tire epecially with the skinnier tires.
