Did anyone do a solid axle swap on an 86 4 runner and have problems lining up the drive shaft? My front rear has to roll up about 2-3 inch's but the axle to spring mounts won't allow me do do so. Do I need a custom drive shaft?

If you were installing a lift on a solid axle truck you'd get shims to take care of that. But a properly done SAS shouldn't have that problem. Got any pics? What SAS kit did you use?

What the heck is a front rear?
If your solid axle swap provided lift which 95% of them do then yeah you will likely need new drive shafts.

If you are SAS'n then you will need to make a shaft modification. I know on my t-case there's a shroud that goes around the d-shaft at the case. I had to remove mine due to driveline angle and it not allowing the shaft to drop.
