need help with fuel injecters

im rebuilding my fuel injecters for my 89 yota and i cant get the little filter out of the end of them, does anyone know how to get them out? they've been sitting out in the rain for awhile and so there really stuck! please help

Be very careful! I wouldnt suggest anyone to rebuild their own injectors. You are better off sending them somewhere to have them done right.
