Hey Folks, just heard that the National Audubon Society had a play in shutting down Beach access for off road vehicles in Buxton North Carolina? This is arguably one of the best surf fishing spots in the world and has been accessible to folks like us for many years. All this for a pair of nesting Terns? If this is true it's a dag gone shame to let some activists feel good group do this . Didn' t Toyota just donate 20 million bucks to these people ? Seems counter productive to me since I own an FJ (Not for long if this is true). Better hope no birds are nesting in your off road playgrounds cause it sounds like the National Audubon Society has a load of $$$ now to put the squeeze on your sand box too !
