Anyone know of a way I can put a lock on the glove box of my 88 4runner? I got a soft top and want SOMEPLACE where things can be somewhat secure.

There use to be a source for factory locks to replace the knob, can't find it though.
But really, all you need is a screwdriver to pry open a glovebox, they're just not that secure.
Take your valuables with you (that's what I do) or install more secure storage somewhere in the truck.

Im replacing my center console with a custom made diamond plate box. I wouldnt trust that glove box even with a lock, not only will your stuff get stolen but now you will have a broken glove box from some dingus pryin on it. just my .02
