I guess some wont find this a build thread. More of a look back how my rig evolved over the years. A few people on various boards have asked about it so I figured I'd do it. I only have pics so far back anymore though. Truck started life as a base model 1994 toy Scab truck. Standard 22re 5speed combo. Typical no hype toy truck. I bought my 94 toy truck in 96 to DD. 1st mod 1 week later was 31's and some chrome tailgunner wheels. It was like that about a year and got a body lift and 33's. Total mall crawler at this point Met a few people and started wheeling local stuff. It went dam good close to stock. First failure R+P blew apart. No biggy time to regear anyways. Jumped to 4.88's and had a local place do it. 2 weeks later pinion bearing went, took out gearset which took out the carrier In goes detroit v6 chunk courtesy of RR+P. I had issue's within 2 weeks with it howling like crazy. Tear it out and send it back. Need somehting to do in the downtime..... While waiting for the chunk to come back I decided it was time to lift it well differently. Rancho upper arms,SAW t-bars, downey rear springs and ditch the body lift. Also moved to Some 33 inch truxus MT's and around then I got some sliders made up and installed. Only pics I have from then... Next stage since the IFS mounts on the frame are not very strong. Truck wasnt even driveable on the street anymore at this point and it was getting trailer to run anyways... Marlin SAS was in full effect, of course this meant it needed bigger tires so some 35 MTR's got tossed in the mix. 2 days after it was started I was wheeling it At some point in here I got a winch and a FROR bumper as well. Served its purpose this way for quiet some time. This is the start of the end of my truck as it was known. Its newfound ability with it locked front and rear on 35's and stuff that actually flexed made it so I needed to push harder to get the same challenge I had before. I have very few pics of this stage as well.

So of course after it was beaten and bruised it needed to be rebuilt. I used the KISS theory and gutted it. All the sheetmetal was destroyed so it got some 2wd fenders and new doors from the yard. Somewhere along these lines it got full ARP studs in front, completely new trussed axle since the I bent one, 30 splines longs, cyro'ed gearset and hub guts. I had a few different sets of tires on it through this stage. From 37red labels to 38.5 SX's to the 37 PBR's I ended up running for a really long time. Pebbles and BAMBAM at PAP Q-trail at PAP in the snow with ice under it Sick of breaking toyota parts I finally gave up after 4 30 spline birfs let loose, 2 R+P's in front and a half dozen knuckles somehting needed to be done.... Time to rebuild again Truck was in piss poor shape again anyways Truck ended up with a dodge d-60 narrowed 3.5 inchs, 5.38's locked, yukon chromo inners with spicer joints and 70 outers. Rear is a 14b from a truck with C+C hubs to narrow it, converted to disc's with a mini spool. 39.5 Irok's wrapped around Allieds gave me some clearance back. And the test to make sure it all worked... Crawler ridge at RC Total poser shot

Ok so I wheeled it 1 weekend with 1 tons and 39's under it. Talk of a cab swap was in the air. 1 person saying it couldnt be done in 28 days to be ready for the EC4RJ 07 was all it took. Under the knife once again.... Only to realize the cab will be destroyed on its first run with no protection.... Rebuilt in 28 days from what was in the above post to this. Specs as it sits now. There was to much to keep it going the entire time. Any questions on earlier parts fo the build feel free to ask. 94 S-cab chassis, Marlin SAS mounts, fully reboxed front frame, horse collar gutted and replaced with tubing, fuel cell mount also is welded in between the rail to help keep it straight and strong down bottom. 95 X-cab swapped on, 1inch BL, Baja SS's inside to keep me comfy and of course the rear stuff is removed. In its place is 2 JL audio W3's and a amp rack cause I need tunes when I'm wheeling. All the rear storage is still easily accessable so it didnt get in the way of what the rig is really for. TG 3inch front leafs modded with GM springs and bottom half of pack flipped around to kill axle wrap. Fox2.0 emulsion shocks. Rear is a Tg 3inch pack, with bill's mounted straight up. Steering consist's of PSC pump and HA ram setup, toy box with Sky 3/4 less drop arm, custom rockstomper arm on the 60 and 1/4 DOM links. Drivetrain is a VERY tired 22re, stock 5spd, AA doubler kit with 4.7's in the back case with a twin stick. Held in place by a TG X-member thats about to get modded soon..... Axles currently are basicly the same as before except the front is full chromo shafts now and getting CTM's shortly cause this shit sucks...

AWESOME!! Thanks for sharing your build/evolution bro. I still can't help but laugh at the pics of it when I met you right before the SAS. Looking through this thread I can't help but to feel really motivated to get things done.

I'm very thankful that we have as good of friends as we do.I've been at this most of my life in one form or another and it's rare to have as many people in the same group get along as our crew does. How many groups with 10-20+ rigs together do see work together as well as we do...not too many. Heck just look at what goes on at our 4runner Jamboree's.One person breaks there's 20 people with parts and tools in hand ready to get to work. So what are we doing to the beast after the SB Run..?

So the motor in this thing has been using oil like it wasnt funny. Last trip it used 1 quart in a day It was time to fix that, we had to stop to let the cab air out cause we couldnt breath. Pretty much stock rebuild for the motor. Other plans are in the works though. Cage was removed at the A-pillar for the next round of mod's

So old motor is out, new is in Found out some interesting things about some stuff though. A 93 2wd toyota dont have a knock sensor. My block came from a 2wd and had no sensor although the entire harness was there. Majority of my oil pressure issue's were causes by the factory toyota paint falling off the inside of the pan and pluggin the pickup. Nice I bought the pan like 3 years ago new from the dealership. We literally cranked the motor with the coil unhooked twice for about a minute 2 times to build oil pressure. Hooked up coil and it fired off. Runs nice and quiet now, no smoke and decent power. Its quiet enough the only thing you hear is the injectors clicking Bad news is the Altenator bearings are making noise. I could never hear it before due to the motor making so much noise.
