Using the vague information, you should at least get an estimate from a frame shop. Most places will give a free estimate if you walk in and tell them of your dilemma. They should be able to tell you if it's worth fixing in general..... Since you didn't mention what you drive, I'm assuming its an IFS from the column posted. If there's damage into the IFS lengths of frame it will never be the same on the road. I don't mean not drivable.... but will never be like new. Parts will wear fast ( bushings, rod ends, etc ) if not perfectly aligned.
I've straightened frames with chains tied to trees and backing up HARD. Don't do anything without a professional frame shop inspection first.
Stay away from chain-store shops. Look for the local/family business guys. They are more apt to help you than screw you.
Frames are fixed all the time. Consider this..... At least there is an actual frame under your truck. Many poor bastards have uni-body's

thats not true about the IFS legs. i bent mine BAD not to long ago. and i straitend everything out with a torch and a little come along. then gusseted the crap out of it and made some strengthening supports/brackets. i got it almost perfectly strait (within an 1/8" anyway) the rest they can straighten out with the alignment. just my to cents.
also check right behind the rear most IFS leg. thats a weak point on those frames. they always seem to 'krinkle' if it is bent i think its beyond repair.

I never whore my trucks out to shops, but this would be the one time at least for an professional point of view before I would try to do it myself. This might be a silly question, but don't you have insurance? I did some stupid stuff trying to flip my 83 back over and ended up doing some damage to my daily driver on the trail. My insurance company covered it.
