the truck was in a flood and is no longer running. what all should i check to get it running again?

Change all the fluids. Turn the motor over with no plugs in it. Beyond that whats it doing/not doing?
The biggest issue with flooded vehicles is their wiring will start to corrode and cause all sorts of issues. Where i live its an automatic write off and dubbed irreparable because of this.

Don't forget to drain your gas tank! Hopefully no one has tried to start it since it was in the flood. If so, forget it, you will need to rebuild it or replace it. I've seen first hand what happens to engines that ingest water and it ain't pretty!
