a friend of a friend out in tahoe bought a 92 4runner with a california title that needs inspection. now she just wants to sell it to go back to alaska. she has a signed california title from the previous owner. people out there are telling her to try to sell it in nevada through a consignment dealer, but no one seems to be able to give her exact info on how to go about that. anybody got any insight, suggestions, offers to buy, etc. on this to help out. being 2000+miles away, it's tough to offer any concrete assistance to her.
