I have a 2002 Tocoma 3.4. Does anyone know which 02 sensor as Bank 1 Sensor 1.

Should be the up stream sensor, check a manual for which side...

Depending on wether you have two catalytic converters or not Bank 1 is Driver side and System 1 is before the cat.
