2.7l will not fire

I have a 99 toyota tacoma 2.7l 4 cyl and i have just installed a new motor in it but in the long run i cannot get the coil packs to fire. The coils have no spark output what soever all electrical connectors have been plugged in and vacuum lines are correct. Any ideas will be appreciated asap. Only truck at the moment and really need it going again.

I had a simular issue when I did my motor.double check all of the ground points(3) The motor to firewall,block to head,and the battery.If one is not correct it will not fire.This is the best place to start.
