93 pickup misfireing wen first started

hey i got a 93 toyota pickup 4x4 with a 22re. wen i first start it up it will miss for a few seconds then it will stop. on the truck is a cold air intake an a flowmaster muffler. and also the check engine light is on and it got some white smoke.

im thinking that its got a coolent leak and the water is sitting on top the piston and it gets burned of after it runs for a few seconds

pressure test the cooling system to about 15 psi, engine cold, with the spark plugs out. listen carefully at the plugs holes.
