What are you going to install to replace the lift from the blocks?

Nothing,I had a FABTEC 3.5" coilover installed along with the blocks, but it still sits high in back and rides like crap.I want to bring the back end down a tad.

Block the front wheels so your truck won't roll. Undo the u-bolts. Lift the rear of the truck up, or lift one side at time with a jack under the leaf spring, just enough to remove the blocks. Set it back down on the axle and reinstall the u-bolts. You might need new u-bolts depending on their condition and if they're treaded down far enough.
FYI: Normally u-bolts are consider a non usable part, but not everyone feels that way about them.
