Hey whats up guys and girls! Im a 16 year old redneck , i have a 1991 Toyota pickup Extended cab, 4 Cyl. 5 speed manual w/ 4 wh drive. Its mostly stock, ive got a set of after market tires on it but there not great, just some 30"s. Im working on the body right now, the front quarter panels are rusted through, and under the extended portion on both sides, as well a the passenger door a bit, and the bed is going out around the wheels, but ive got a new bed from Kentucky w/o a spot of rust on her. The frame is Perfect though! Im looking to throw a 3-4'' body lift on it to get the clearance to throw some 33'' Pro Comps under it, that way the tires will help give my suspension a inch or two of clearance. id like to give it a suspension lift but im on a limited payroll being 16 and all, and with it being a stupid a$$ IFS its a b*itch to lift and i dont have the money or time. If you guys have any suggestions or ideas with this problem or other i may run into with the body lift idea hit me up.

Welcome to TOR.
If you do a BL, don't do more then 3", plus 3" is enough to slap 33's under it for the mud.
Also with 33" you may need to change your gears to to 4.88. Don't remember what was stock for 91.

Yeah ive been told not go go bigger than a 3'' lately, whats up with going larger on that? I heard theres a lot of fab work that has to be done when you do that? Also when i do mount those 33'' s on there will i have to knock in the wheel wells a bit inorder to prevent wheel bite/rub? On my buddys he's had it rubbing before but he said the easiest option would be to knock the rubbing spots in? Im also wondering about the gear swap to the 4.88, is it neccesary because my buddys running 35''s with the 4 cylinder, and same gearing, (exact same truck), and i know that i will have to adjust the speedometer for the new tire size, but i drive the thing like its stolen anyways so the speedometer doesnt really matter to me all that much... lol
