does anyone know if you have to take off the head on a 22r to replace the timing chain?

you don't have to pull the head, but don't FORGET the hidden bolt on the timing chain cover it's located inside, under the distributor drive gear. and you need to loosen the oil pan bolts.

Thanks but I ended up taking the head off and the oil pan because I figured It is a good time to put new gaskets in. thanks for the help.
