It's been a while since I've worked on the stock suspension of that new of a Toy, but I believe u can get up to 33's with a 3" BL. For 35's you'll need to add 2" of lift to your suspension. For off road use where you plan on stuffing the tires into the fenders add 2"-3" more of lift.

Get fiberglass fenders that have already had the wheel opening enlarged. They look good and will give you plenty of clearance for the front with little to no body lift. You would really have to hack up the bed though to get the 35's to fit. Maybe the fenders and some lift?

hmm. i ended up odering 34x 10.50 ltb's. i hope those will squeeze okay. if not i'm gonna get 2" blocks in the back and get some ball joint spacers and a heavy duty tosion bar and crank it. if this doesn't do the trick then idk.....but i'm crossing my fingers. 33's just don't look the part for me for some reason.

don't forget most 33's don't actually measure out to 33". check the tire specs and you might find a good set that looks good too.

I believe you have the right idea with torsion bars and blocks. That with your BL should give you enough to stuff the 35's. I have a 94 4runner with a 4 inch SL and 3 inch BL,this gives me plenty of room for my 35x14.50 tsl radials. Whatever you choose keep us updated and good luck!
