please help with tire and rim sizes!

ok,i havent tried this yet but...i have a set of stock 1999 tacoma 4x4 rims w/new bf mud-terrains,i took them off my truck before it got recalled,i now purchased a 2002 tacoma with i think 265 70 16 tires on it,is this size like a 31x10.50x16,will my 99 rims work on the 02(the 02 has a stock 16" rim)

check the bolt pattern. total bolts and distance across from one bolt to another. often you'll hear 6 & 5, for example. this is 6 bolt with 5"spacings. if it is the same it should work as long as the backspacing is close.
