is your passenger side tire balanced correctly? as for the bar, it supports the weight of the truck so if it were broken there will be a noticeable sag. take a normal turn at speed going one way then the same turn at the same speed going the other way. it should feel the same going both ways. if its noticeably different, more lean, softer, etc, then your torsion bar is wore out. if that is the case, then replace both at the same time. get your tires balance first.
