I am wanting to swap my automatic trans for a 5spd manual the truck is a 91 toyota 4x4 pickup and has a 22re and a340f trans. I dont know what trans to get and if there is anything that would need to be riged up to make it work like wireing and the clutch. if anyone can help and give me any tip on what to expect it would make things easyer thanks.

You need a tranny and t-case, as well as pedal assy, master cyl/slave cyl combo, fly wheel ...

The 22RE came with a W56 manual, unless the vehicle had the ADD system, then it was a G58.

You may have to do something with the ECM to make it think the auto is still there.
