I know that the 5M-GE and 7M-GE can be done and that 5M is about the same size as the as the 22R with just needing a small modification done to the engine mount bolt holes. I believe the 7M is the same situation, but not fully sure. Not sure if there is a year range on which ones to use.
I've also heard about a 1JZ-GTE and 2JZ-GTE beening done, but don't know much about the engine or the swap.
Have you tried the almighty ?

The only thing I remember was soemthing about needing the bell housing from one of the motors if you were to use the other type. But I can't remember off the top of my head which was which.
