What was the stock wheel size (diameter, width, and bolt pattern) for a 79 toyota 4x4? What was the stock tire size? I can't imagine why I can't find this info on the net... any and all help is appreciated. Thanks,

Either 5.5"x14/15 or 6x14/15" are the four choices listed in the schematics.I don't know and they don't list the backspacing.

Thanks for the reply. Just to clarify, I passed on the 79 and bought an extended cab 85 with the same aftermarket chrome 15x8 wheels. I'm really interested in finding ths stock, boring steel wheels for this truck, either 5.5 or 6x15 will work as I will be running 30's. Any ideas where to find such a set? Seems like everyone takes them off and throws them in the trash!
