snow plow options??

I have an '87 4Runner SR5 manual. I need to put a snow plow on the front - and not a cheap universal hitch mount. 2 questions:

Does anyone know of a plow that will work/fit?

What can I do to "beef" up the current IFS w/out a SAS?

im pretty sure your going to need bigger torsion bars for the added weight.
