i have a 93 xtra cab yota that i put an 85 straight axle in last weekend, i was wondering if anyone could help me out with where i could buy some 6"-7" rear leaf springs, i talked to some people that have done SAS on yotas and have decided my front end with the custom crossmember shackle mounts iv fabricated would level out decently if i had a 6"-7" rear lift with just a 3"-4" lift in the front. the problem is, the 2 off road stores around here cant get anything for a 93 taller than a 4" lift spring... im trying to find a company that makes the 6"-7" springs, but im not having any luck unless i buy the full suspension kit which would be LOTS of money wasted on front brackets and coils for the IFS i eliminated. do i have to resort to some Chevy rear leaves? im trying to keep as decent of an on road ride as i can while still having the offroad benefits of the lift and tires. any help or advice you can give would be greatly appreciated, thanks. -Mitch

Chevy springs aren't going to give you 6", unless maybe you buy some aftermarket lift springs for a Chevy.

I would get a marlin spring or trail gear 5" spring. The trail gear ones are soft but they do give a little more than they say, they have a pretty heavy arch to them. I have a custom built spring hanger on my 89 toy 5" trail gear springs and a 3inch lift shackle in the front. My rear sits level with the matching trail gear rears with a 3 inch lift shackle.
