Front end rattle

1994 Pickup 22re 5spd 4x4 reg cab

I've got a front end rattle that had been going on for about 7 years now so I'm thinking that it;s noting more than an annoyance but I might as well try and fix it now. I've replaced the idler arm and everything else appears tight but the rattle is still there. It's a higher pitched rattle/ clanking noise coming from the passenger side. Could it be the sway bar? Any help is appreciated.

I don't know if anyone cares but i was a loose shock. ah the simple things

There is a recall on the front end,did you have this taken care of? You are so right, some of the simple issues are the hardest to find.
