What does everyone think about the tuff country lifts??? I have heard from some people that they are crap. Is this true? My dad is looking at getting the 2005-2010 Toyota Tacoma 4wd - 3" Suspension Lift Kit from them. Any info would be great thanks in advance.

I've used Rough Country, Rancho, some others thruout the years, but not them.
Generally, the kits from the big suspension companies work as advertised, but tend to produce a stiffer ride. If that's a consideration, you might want to check out Old Man Emu kits.
