The fast idle specs should be located under the hood, I have a 22re the fast idle is set at 1400 rpm due to the area I live in. A fast idle of 2100 rpm is excessive. You stated you had to move the idle up why?HAS this been ongoing, or is this a band aid to resolve another issue. The excessive idle is not the best thing for the engine. I would worry more about my health and safety especially if you have close neighbors and you go to work at an early hour.

its a 22re it had to move it up sbecause when it got warm it would idle real low and die. It only idles that high when i frist start it up in the morning when its cold, doesn;t last for that long. but when its warm it idles right. So it shouldn't hurt anything?

When the engine is cold, the engine should (idle fast) until the engine reaches normal operating temp. What screw did you turn to adjust the idle? The (2) hex screws with the nut, set the fast idle. Just an opinion I would lower the fast idle. Short term it might not effect anything. Long term it take a little bit for the engine (at a cold start to reach max, oil pressure and proper lubrication.
