I'm moving on to a different toy and need to sell the crawler, some of you have seen the truck in action and know how I take care of it...... For those who dont know me, heres the details:
The truck is a 1982 Toyota SR5 and I'm the third owner. I've done alot of the finish work but the owner before me did all of the major mods and I have better than 16k in parts recipts..... just parts.
It has a 22R built by Beaverton Machine with nothing but the best parts inside. It has a pretty tourqey cam and a weber carb. The trans is a w56 with a fresh TrailGear ceramic clutch. Its dual cased with stock gears in both and the front is a forward shift. The drive lines are both CV and were built by 6 states. It has 5:29's, a Detroit locker in the rear and a LockRite in the front. The front is completely trussed as well. The brakes are fj80/fj60 stuff and it has chevy discs on the back with a driveline brake for the e-brake. Everything works inside.... even the factory am/fm radio! It has seats out of a chevy corsica that are pretty nice. Its sitting on 35" BFG's that are probably 60%, on 15X8 alloys with a matching spare in the bed. It has four rock lights, two front and two rear, 100Watt Piaa back-up lamps, Hella 500 fogs and Piaa 80 series lamps on the front with Ion 100X150 ceramic base bulbs. It has a warn XD9000I winch. The paint on the truck is very nice and is the factory grey color. It has sliders and the tube bed is a copy of an All Pro. The springs and all suspension bits are Trailgear and the Shocks are Bilstein 5125's I'm negotiable on price if you are negotiable on equipment.... I'd be willing to sub a lesser winch and keep some of the lighting for a little less money.
The truck has been to Browns half a dozen times and not wheeled hard, just trail crawling. The previous owner didnt wheel it at all. I'm asking 7700.00 and I'm not looking for any trades.
