I have heard a little that you can do a body lift of 2 inches and not have to modify shifters, radiator, etc.... Any truth in this

There's a lot less involved w/a 2" BL compared to a 3", but you still should move the rad for max cooling. The kit should come with brackets. As for the shifters, flipping the inner boot might solve the interference problem, or clearancing the hole in the tunnel a bit. You have to re-position the fuel filler hose a bit, stretch the brake hard lines, lengthen the ground wire from firewall to engine, and you may have to stretch the steering shaft a bit. Sounds like a lot, but all easy things.
