1987 4Runner.
Driving along in a rain storm a few weeks back, using the rear wiper (it has worked well for the past few years that I have owned the truck), and it just quit all of a sudden.
I can't find a fuse that seems like it would be relevant to this. I have checked fuse block in engine compartment, fuse block at drivers' side kick panel, and small fuse block behind glove box. Owners manual says to reset the relay. I _think_ the relay is located right next to the fuse block in the drivers' side kick panel.
Resetting that relay (which I hope to be the correct one), does nothing. My rear wiper, window, and therefor door are now completely inop. Makes the vehicle quite a bit less useful.
Anyone run into this before? Help??

First make sure the rear wiper is "parked" all the way, There is an interlock that prevents the rear window from operating if it's not fully parked. That thing you are resetting is a circuit breaker. The ENGINE fuse is also used by that circuit. The next thing could be a problem with the rear widow/wiper control module, which is located behind the rear seat drivers side kick panel (where the drivers shoulder belt is mounted).
