4runner to truck

Ok I am sure someone has done this... I am thinking about swapping my 87 4runner body for a truck body. Does anyone know what it will take to complete this project? The reason I am thinking of doing this is because my 4runner body is ate up with rust but the frame is solid. Thanks to all who respond in advance!!! Happy wheeling!

The 1st gen 4Runners used the same frame as the short bed reg cab trucks.
The horse collar x-member and some body mounts are located differently.
And of course the 84-85 solid axle was different from the 86+ IFS.
