Ok here it is! The blower fan is only blowing at low speed. I checked the resistor. It seems good!! Continuity where it should be. Next i checked heater main relay. It works. Fan works fine when wired straight to power. I have it set up with it plugged in to cigarette lighter plug! I really dont want to leave this way. I tried to check the switch but have no idea! The relay dose not click until the switch is put in the 2nd position. Any input is welcome! If i have to i will hard wire the fan to a switch on the dash but as i said rather not have to! THANKS! MUD

You've narrowed it down to the only 2 possibilities. The most likely cause is the resistor pack, the resistor for one speed can fail while the others are OK. The switch can go bad, but much less often. 3rd possibility is wiring between the switch and resistor, but even more unlikely.

OK update on blower motor. The negative in the connector plug between speed switch and resistor fried. I bypassed the connector on the negative So problem solved!!! I hope this might help someone else in the future.
