My 84 hi lux 22R started missing a few days ago. The coil wire is arcing to the coil body. Iv tried 5 different wires it still does it. Swapped on a spare coil same thing. Both coils checked out good. I cleaned battery ground and engine ground. I kind of ruled out the ignitor since both coils have ignitors on the bottom of them. Any ideas

I checked them with a ohm meter. One wire didnt read much. Swapped it and its running great. Must of been a slight break inside the wire that was causing voltage to bleed back to the coil. Kind of odd.
